The process is easy and confidential.
You will get a friendly and affectionate welcome when you get admitted to our centre for rehab. You would need to arrange your admission beforehand, although mostly, we do accept new admissions placed within 24 hours from the actual booking.
Referrals are recognized from a healthcare professional, the client and a loved one. Our team is prepared to receive you upon arrival once you have confirmed your booking.
Upon arrival at the facility, you will be acquainted to the medical staff and toured around so that you can orient yourself with the facility's various corners. Upon arrival we will also give you a welcome pack which has a timetable for your therapy session and also explains everything that you need to be conversant with during your stay at our facility, the Sanctuary Lodge. Please call us and let us know in case you are not able to come to our facility on your own.

After Admission - Your Initial 24 Hours
Our specialist psychiatrist who is skilled in detox will provide a consultation to you during the first 24 hours upon admission.
Here, we will consider you medical and psychological treatment needs to carry out a full assessment. If needed, a complete detox procedure will be recommended. Then our medical health professionals will monitor and administer the detox under strict protocol.
The psychiatrist will emphasize any parts of your treatment where a specialist is needed and then make suggestions. Our goal is to make sure that you treatment needs are met during your stay, therefore we will make sure that anything recommended or highlighted is then incorporated into your bespoke treatment plan. We will ensure that you are getting the highest standard care at any time and your treatment plan will then be constantly evaluated by our clinical director, counsellors and clinical personnel.
Our friendly staff will then help you settle in once your assessment has been completed. Our staff are always available to offer reassurance, give advice and help in all matters especially because we recognize that this is a trying and worrisome time for most people.
